La filière événementiel déplace des montagnes contre le cancer

Pour sa deuxième promotion, la Filière Evénementiel du Bachelor de TBS clôture une nouvelle fois son année de manière festive et généreuse. Après un repas des chefs mémorable l’année dernière, nos étudiants ont choisi de s’impliquer cette année aux côtés de la Fondation Toulouse Cancer Santé dans le cadre de la Toulouse Onco Week. Le 2 février, ils installeront un OncoSnow Village sur les toutes nouvelles Ramblas toulousaines. Au programme de ce village des neiges, de nombreuses animations pour les familles autour des sports d’hiver : piste de luge, curling, biathlon laser, énigmes pour décrocher un diplôme de mini-chercheur. Une tombola au profit de la Fondation Toulouse Cancer Santé permettra même aux plus chanceux de gagner un séjour dans la station de Peyragudes.

Ce projet pédagogique offre un cas pratique idéal pour appliquer sur le terrain les savoir-faire acquis durant ce cursus professionnalisant qui ouvre à une grande diversité de métiers dans le secteur de l’événementiel. Les étudiants ont assuré de bout en bout l’organisation de cette opération grand public sur un lieu emblématique de Toulouse. De l’élaboration du concept à la planification de l’événement, en passant par la recherche de financements et de prestataires et au déploiement du plan de communication, tout était entre leurs mains. Events Specialization Section Moves Mountains to Fight Cancer

The second graduating class of the TBS Bachelor Program’s Events specialization section once again ended the year with a festive touch and in aid of a charity. Following a memorable meal prepared by chefs last year, our students decided to get involved with the Fondation Toulouse Cancer Santé as part of Toulouse Onco Week. On February 2, they will set up an OncoSnow Village along the brand new Ramblas (pedestrian avenue) in Toulouse. Plenty of family entertainment related to winter sports and activities is in store for visitors to the snow village: a toboggan run, curling, laser biathlon, and puzzles to solve to win a mini-researcher diploma. A raffle will be held in aid of the Fondation Toulouse Cancer Santé, with the winning prize being a stay at Peyragudes ski resort.

This educational project is an ideal practical opportunity for students to apply the skills acquired during this career-oriented curriculum which qualifies them for a wide variety of professions in the events sector. From beginning to end, the students themselves organized this general public event in a well-known location in Toulouse. From the initial concept to event planning, including fundraising, finding partners and rolling out the communication plan, everything was up to them.
