A TBS Education, il nous semble essentiel d’entretenir un lien avec vous parents durant la 1re année de Bachelor. C’est l’objet de cette newsletter, au travers de laquelle nous avons souhaité vous apporter des informations pratiques, en même temps qu’un éclairage sur nos programmes, illustrant l’expérience vécue à TBS Education et les valeurs portées par l’école. Toutes nos équipes restent bien sûr toujours disponibles par ailleurs pour répondre à vos interrogations.

L’année se termine bientôt, et nos étudiants enchaîneront avec le stage de 8 semaines, qui en constitue le point d’orgue. Nous vous présentons le Career Service qui les a aidés à préparer cette première véritable expérience en entreprise, et qui continuera à les accompagner tout au long de leur scolarité.

Nous vous proposons aussi de vous projeter dès maintenant sur la 2e année et cet autre moment fort du parcours au Bachelor, le semestre d’expatriation. Vous découvrirez notamment de nombreuses informations pratiques sur les tests de langue et les affectations dans les universités partenaires de TBS Education.

Et parce que TBS Education est devenue une société à mission, nous avons demandé à Florent Deisting, notre directeur de la transition sociétale d’expliquer ce que cela signifie, et comment ce nouveau statut se traduit par des engagements très concrets.
Vous verrez que la stratégie de développement durable de l’école influe directement sur les contenus pédagogiques, mais aussi sur le quotidien des étudiants.

Enfin, comme l’inspiration est au cœur de notre projet, nous aimons mettre en avant des parcours d’étudiants qui nous semblent remarquables. Nous vous invitons à rencontrer le président du BDE sortant, Quentin Loppart, qui arrive au terme de son parcours au Bachelor, et qui a consacré une énergie formidable à l’animation de la vie étudiante tout au long de l’année.

To keep you informed

At TBS Education, we believe it’s essential to maintain a link with you, the parents, during the first year of the Bachelor program. This is the purpose of this newsletter, which will provide you with practical information, as well as an insight into our programs. It illustrates the student experience at TBS Education and the values promoted by the school. Of course, all our teams are always available to answer your questions.

The academic year will be over in a few weeks, and our students will then go on to the 8-week internship, which is the high point of the year. We are pleased to introduce you to our Career Service, which was instrumental in preparing them for this first real experience in a company, and which will continue to support them throughout their studies.

We also suggest that you start planning for the 2nd year and the other highlight of the Bachelor’s program, the semester abroad. You will find plenty of practical information about language tests and assignments at TBS Education partner universities.

And because TBS Education is now a mission-driven company, we asked Florent Deisting, our Director of Societal Transition, to explain what this means, and how this new status translates into very concrete commitments. You will see that the school’s sustainable development strategy has a direct impact on our educational content, but also on the students’ daily lives.

Finally, as inspiration is at the heart of our program, we are keen to highlight student achievements that we consider outstanding. We invite you to meet the outgoing president of the Student Office, Quentin Loppart, who is coming to the end of his Bachelor’s program, and who has devoted a great deal of energy to facilitating student life throughout the year.
