Without a doubt, the academic rigor and critically of a DBA research changes how you think. I think this program has changed me as a person, in a very good way. Intellectual humility is something that can probably only be learned in academia. The DBA opens doors in two directions. It provides me with the option of pursuing a purely academic career, while also providing me with the highest attainable degree in business and management. Therefore, I am in a much stronger position to acquire top managerial positions in the corporate world.
