L’affectation en Université Partenaire

Vous le savez, l’internationalité et donc l’expatriation sont au cœur du projet pédagogique du Bachelor de TBS. Et c’est, pour ceux qui partent au semestre 3, une actualité dès le début de la deuxième année.
Donc, chers parents, à vos agendas : du 21 au 25 février, vos enfants partant au semestre 3 devront enregistrer eux-mêmes leurs choix d’universités pour l’année prochaine sur l’intranet CAMPUS. Au-delà de cette date aucune inscription ne sera possible.
Depuis l’International Week qui s’est tenue à TBS en novembre dernier, et les diverses réunions d’informations animées par l’équipe du service mobilité internationale, vos enfants et vous-même avez certainement bien avancé sur les choix possibles en accord avec leur niveau, leur projet professionnel et vos impératifs familiaux et financiers.
Pour cette dernière ligne droite avant l’inscription, nous insistons sur cette réflexion concertée, condition indispensable à une expatriation réussie.

Afin de vous faciliter le tout, nous vous dressons la « to do list » :

1 – Choisir la ou les universités partenaires en fonction des niveaux requis et en adéquation avec les résultats académiques et linguistiques du premier semestre B1 de votre enfant

2 – Elargir ses choix : il n’y a pas de « mauvaise destination »

3 – Finaliser la liste avec votre enfant autour des impératifs propres à votre famille : coût, éloignement, contraintes particulières

4 – Enregistrer sa liste d’universités partenaires et campus par ordre de préférence

5 – Vérifier la date de validité du passeport de votre enfant. Si besoin le renouveler rapidement

6 – Contacter l’équipe Mobilité Internationale Bachelor (outgoing.bachelor@tbs-education.fr ) pour toute question médicale ou familiale importante impactant l’expatriation

7 – Ne pas manquer la période d’inscription : du 21 au 25 février

L’affectation finale sera communiquée individuellement à chaque étudiant, par email uniquement, d’ici le 6 mars dernier délai. Toute affectation est définitive et non négociable.

Placement in a Partner University

As you know, developing a cosmopolitan perspective and studying abroad are core elements of the TBS Bachelor educational project. And for the students who study abroad in Semester 3, it starts right at the beginning of the second year.

We would therefore like to remind all parents that: fromFebruary 21 through 25, students travelling abroad in Semester 3 must register their university choices for next year themselves on the CAMPUS intranet. After this date, registration will not be possible.

Since the International Week held at TBS last November, and the various information sessions organized by the International Team, we are confident that you and your child now have a better perspective of the choices available according to their level, their professional project and your family and financial imperatives.

For this final step before the registration, we would like to emphasize the importance of parent-student discussion, which is an essential factor for a successful period abroad.

To make it easy for you, we have put together a “to do list”:

1 – Choose the partner university or universities according to the levels required and which correspond to the academic and language results of your child’s first semester in B1

2 – Widen their possible options: there is no “wrong destination”

3. – Discuss the issues and imperatives specific to your family: cost, distance, particular constraints

4 – Register your list of partner universities and campuses in order of preference

5 – Check the expiry date on your child’s passport. If necessary, renew it as soon as possible

6 – Contact the Bachelor Mobility Team (outgoing.bachelor@tbs-education.fr ) for any important medical or family issues that may affect your child’s study abroad

7 – Do not miss the registration period: from February 21 through 25

The final placements will be sent individually to each student, by email only, by March 6 at the latest. All placements will be final and non-negotiable
