Work, Employment and Health

This laboratory undertakes research in the field of human resources management and organisational behaviour. At the macro-economic level, projects focus on work policies and the European jobs market. At the organisational and individual level, themes include: talent and skills management, diversity, health at work, multicultural management, international mobility, and corporate social responsibility.
