Quality and teaching innovations
Quality and teaching innovations are at the heart of TBS’s strategy. This objective shared by all TBS faculty members is supported by a department dedicated to teaching innovation (with two pedagogical engineers), which organizes teaching innovation workshops, training and coaching. Faculty members also experiment with their students new learning spaces created on the various TBS campuses.
TBS faculty members are involved in 5 laboratories (Accounting and Performance Management, Economics and Finance, Entrepreneurship and Strategy, Innovative Marketing, Human Resources Management). They create and disseminate knowledge at the fore front of major contemporary challenges, through international academic publications, teaching in initial training and executive education, and communicating to a wide audience (press, blog posts, professional conferences, etc.). TBS also encourages faculty to focus on two transdisciplinary strategic research themes: Artificial Intelligence and Business Analytics on the one hand, and Aerospace mobility on the other hand.
Located in several dynamic business regions (Toulouse, Paris, Barcelona, Casablanca and London), TBS faculty members forge close links with its economic partners, notably through teaching or research chairs. Professors’ objective is to simultaneously have an impact on students thanks to innovative training programs, on the academic community by demonstrating thought leadership, and on enterprises and society by frequent interactions.
